Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to bashbots ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Hello Yuna LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using https://bashbots.io and any related services, APIs, or software development kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
bashbots is a competitive programming game. You write bots in Python and those bots compete against bots written by other users. The Service allows users to:
- Write, edit, version, and deploy bot programs written in Python
- Run bots in bashes (battles) and simulations executed on our infrastructure
- Enter tournaments, root challenges, daily challenges, and other competitive modes
- Appear on public leaderboards and earn points, achievements, and in-game rewards, including chance rewards
- Publish, install, and contribute to shared code packages, including pull requests
- Train and deploy machine learning models for use by bots
- Watch recorded replays of bashes from the last 12 months
- Write bots that call AI models during play, metered by input and output token usage
- Purchase and spend in-game virtual currency
- Subscribe to bashbots Pro, an optional paid membership
The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Game rules, mechanics, balance, pricing, and available features may change at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, children under 13.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
Purchases: You must be at least 18 years old, or have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian who owns or controls the payment method, to purchase anything through the Service. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We do not verify age. By creating an account you represent that you meet the requirements above, and we may suspend or terminate any account we believe does not.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
Some parts of the Service can be browsed without an account. To use the rest of the Service you must create an account. Accounts may require a valid referral code during limited-access periods. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Keep access to the email address on your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4.2 Account Recovery and Backup Codes
If your account uses an email address and password, you can reset a forgotten password through a link sent to that email address. If you lose access to that email address, or to the authenticator app you use for two-factor authentication, account recovery is handled exclusively through backup codes. If your account signs in with Google, backup codes are available only while two-factor authentication is on. They are then the only way to recover your account if you lose access to your authenticator app, and the only way to sign in if you lose access to your Google account. Without two-factor authentication, a Google account has no backup codes, and losing access to your Google account means losing access to your account. You are responsible for:
- Generating backup codes using the tools provided in your account settings
- Securely storing your backup codes in a safe location
- Understanding that backup codes are the ONLY way back into your account if you cannot reset your password by email, cannot provide your two-factor authentication code, or lose access to your Google account
IMPORTANT: We will not unlock or recover your account under any circumstances. Once an account is locked due to lost credentials and no backup codes, it is permanently inaccessible, along with any balances, bots, packages, and progress associated with it. We cannot verify identity, and therefore cannot unlock accounts for anyone.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Because the Service is competitive, you may maintain only one account unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing. Creating additional accounts to gain a competitive advantage, farm rewards, claim referral bonuses, evade a suspension, or manipulate rankings is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all code executed and all currency spent. You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise make your account available to any other person. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, generate backup codes, or store backup codes securely.
5. Virtual Currency, Purchases, and Billing
5.1 Currency Types
The Service uses several distinct in-game balances:
- AI Balance: loaded with real money and consumed when your bots call AI models during play, metered by input and output token usage. Usage accrues as pending charges against your loaded balance, is settled at the end of each billing cycle, and any remaining balance carries over
- Game Credits: purchased with real money, granted by us, won through gameplay, or received as tips from other users. Credits are spent on advanced simulation runs, additional bash executions, machine learning training runs, tournament entry fees, prize pools for tournaments you create, root antes (including the ante that seeds a root you start), manufacturing bots, and tips to the authors of packages you install that accept them. A tip is optional unless the author sets a minimum tip to install the package
- Points: granted when you create an account and otherwise earned exclusively through gameplay, and spent on in-game upgrades. Points cannot be purchased with real money
5.2 No Cash Value and No Cash Out
AI Balance, Game Credits, Points, and all other in-game items and rewards are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not your property, are not a deposit, and are not legal tender. They cannot be redeemed, refunded, or withdrawn for cash or anything of real-world value. No balance may be converted into another balance or back into money.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to use virtual items within the Service. Credits may be transferred to another user only through features we provide for that purpose, such as tipping the author of a package you install. Any other transfer, sale, or trade of balances or virtual items is prohibited. We may modify, regulate, revalue, reprice, suspend, or eliminate any balance or virtual item at any time, including for game balance reasons, with or without notice.
5.3 Competitive Modes, Entry Fees, and Prizes
Tournaments, root challenges, and similar modes may require an entry fee or ante paid in Game Credits, and may award a prize pool paid in Game Credits. Outcomes are determined by the performance of bot programs under published rules and are therefore contests of skill.
Separately from the outcome of a bash, some bashes, including bashes in competitive modes and bashes that cost Game Credits, may contain collectibles whose rewards, such as Game Credits, Points, or upgrades, are chosen at random. Chance rewards consist solely of virtual items with no cash value.
No prize of real money or anything of real-world value is offered, awarded, or payable. All entry fees, antes, pots, and payouts consist solely of virtual currency with no cash value.
We may restrict, modify, or withhold participation in any competitive mode in any jurisdiction, or for any user, where we determine in our sole discretion that participation may be unlawful or inappropriate. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
5.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, currently Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5.5 No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as determined by us in our sole discretion. This includes AI Balance consumed by AI calls your bots make, Game Credits purchased with real money, credits spent on simulation runs, training runs, entry fees, antes, packages, or manufacturing bots, credits lost in competitive play, and Pro membership fees, including the unused portion of a billing period after you cancel or delete your account. Pro membership is described in Section 5.8.
5.6 Price and Rate Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing, exchange rates, token metering, and the credit cost of any action at any time. Price changes will not retroactively affect balances already purchased, but the cost of future actions may change.
5.7 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances.
5.8 Pro Membership
bashbots Pro ("Pro") is an optional paid membership that unlocks additional features described in the Service, such as no daily bash limit, free extended simulation runs, and API and MCP access. Pro does not include AI Balance: AI usage by your bots is still paid from your AI Balance. The daily limit on scored bashes described in Section 5.9 applies to Pro accounts too. The features included in Pro may change over time.
- Billing: Pro is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price shown in the Service before you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes
- Automatic Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method on file is charged the then-current price for the next period, until you cancel
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro stays active until then, and you may resume the membership before that date. No refund or credit is given for the unused portion of a billing period
- Plan Changes: Switching from monthly to yearly billing takes effect immediately: you are charged the yearly price, less a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current month, and a new yearly period begins that day. Switching from yearly to monthly billing takes effect at the end of your current yearly period, with no refund or credit for that period
- Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment processor may retry the charge. Pro may remain active while payment is retried. If payment cannot be collected, your membership ends
- Price Changes: We may change the price of Pro. A new price applies to your membership from the first renewal after we notify you of the change in the Service, and you may cancel before that renewal to avoid it
- Gifted Pro: We may grant Pro without charge, at our discretion and for a period we choose. Gifted Pro has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be modified or revoked at any time
- Account Deletion and Termination: Deleting your account, or termination of your account under Section 18, cancels any paid Pro membership immediately, with no refund for the unused portion of the billing period
5.9 Daily Scoring Limit
The number of bashes that are scored each day is limited for every account, including Pro accounts. Past that limit, a bash may run without earning Points, rating changes, or rewards, or may be unavailable. We may change the limit.
When you enter more than one of your own bots in a bash you start, only the first earns you Points for its score.
6. Your Code and Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the code, bots, packages, model configurations, text, and other content you upload, create, or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, execute, modify for technical purposes, transmit, and display your User Content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service.
6.2 Public Content
Parts of the Service are inherently public. Your username, bot names, avatars, and appearances, the upgrades equipped on your bots' published versions, rankings, statistics, achievements, tournament and root participation, bash results, and battle replays are visible to other users and to visitors without an account, as are the pull requests you open and the comments you post on pull requests to public packages, and the custom boards and bot lists you publish. Replays record the behavior of your bot during a bash and may be viewed by anyone, except replays of your simulations, which other users cannot view. Replays are available for 12 months after the bash. Your bot's source code is private, with two exceptions: anyone can see the shape of its published files, with every character except whitespace masked, and if you choose to make a bot's kernel public, anyone can read its kernel in every version of that bot you have published.
When you publish a package, you make it available to other users of the Service, and you grant those users a non-exclusive, worldwide license to install, execute, and use that package within the Service in accordance with the terms and visibility you select for it. Contributions you submit to another user's package through a pull request are licensed to that package's owner for use within the Service on the same basis.
Do not publish anything you are not willing to have other users read, run, and learn from.
6.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your User Content does not include any credentials, secrets, personal data of others, or confidential material you are not permitted to disclose
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
6.4 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including the game engine, rules, simulation logic, software, designs, artwork, sprites, sounds, text, and logos (excluding User Content), is owned by Hello Yuna LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Code Execution and Acceptable Technical Use
7.1 Execution Environment
Bots and other code you submit are executed by us in an isolated environment subject to resource limits. Those limits may change at any time and are not all published. We may terminate, throttle, or refuse any execution that exceeds them, degrades the Service, or appears unsafe.
7.2 Prohibited Technical Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to escape, bypass, or subvert the execution environment or any security control
- Access, read, or modify data belonging to other users, the game engine, or our systems
- Use the Service's compute resources for any purpose unrelated to playing the game, including cryptocurrency mining or general-purpose workloads
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, its APIs, its servers, or other users' play
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Service outside of documented API usage, or exceed published API rate limits
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it by opening a support case from within the Service, or by emailing support@bashbots.io, rather than exploiting it.
7.3 API Keys and Connected Clients
API and MCP access lets software act on your account through API keys you create and clients you connect. Any action taken with your key or a connected client, including code written by an AI agent, is treated as your own action under Section 4.4. You must keep your keys secret, and you may not share them with any other person. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it immediately. You can revoke any key or connected client at any time. We may revoke keys, disconnect clients, or limit API and MCP access at any time, including to protect the Service or other users. We are not liable for any loss arising from actions taken with your keys or connected clients, or from code changed through them.
8. Fair Play and Competitive Integrity
The value of the Service depends on fair competition. In addition to the technical restrictions above, you agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended engine behavior instead of reporting them to us through a support case
- Manipulate bash, tournament, root, or leaderboard outcomes, including through collusion, result-fixing, deliberate losses, or coordinated play between accounts
- Operate additional or shared accounts to gain any competitive or economic advantage
- Farm rewards, points, credits, achievements, or referral bonuses through artificial, automated, or repetitive activity that does not reflect genuine play
- Trade, sell, or transfer accounts, balances, or virtual items for real-world value
- Publish packages designed to sabotage, mislead, exfiltrate data from, or degrade the bots of other users
8.1 Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including voiding bash or tournament results, reversing or removing credits, points, and rewards, resetting rankings, unpublishing packages, restricting features, and suspending or terminating accounts. Where a violation affects a competitive outcome, our determination of that outcome is final.
9. General Prohibited Uses
You further agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Engage in or facilitate any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Submit, publish, or transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit
- Harass or abuse other users, including through usernames, bot names, package content, or support requests
- Impersonate any person or entity, including our staff
- Generate or distribute spam, phishing content, or fraudulent schemes
- Circumvent any access restriction, usage limit, suspension, or ban
10. AI Model Use by Your Bots
10.1 How AI Usage Works
Your bots may call AI models during play. When they do, the content your bot sends, including any prompt text and game state it chooses to include, is transmitted to a third-party AI model provider, and the response is returned to your bot. You are responsible for everything your bot sends and for how your bot acts on what it receives.
10.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome
AI output is non-deterministic and may be incorrect, unhelpful, malformed, delayed, or unavailable. This may cause your bot to behave unpredictably, forfeit a turn, or lose a bash. AI output is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability, and we do not guarantee any particular model, model version, latency, or competitive result.
10.3 Metering and Non-Refundability
Each AI call is charged according to the input and output tokens it uses, at rates that include a service fee, and each call's charge is rounded up to the smallest billing increment. Token usage consumes AI Balance whether or not the output was useful and whether or not your bot won. Consumed balance is not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of the calls your bots make, including calls they make in bashes, tournament matches, and root challenges that other users start. We may impose rate limits, token limits, or per-bash caps at any time.
10.4 No General-Purpose Model Access
AI access provided through the Service is for gameplay only. You may not use it as a general-purpose model endpoint, proxy or resell access to it, or use it to generate content unrelated to playing bashbots. You may not use it to produce content prohibited by Section 9 or by the model provider's own acceptable use policies.
10.5 Ownership of AI Output
Subject to these Terms, you own the AI output returned to your bots. We cannot guarantee that AI output is unique or that it does not resemble or infringe the rights of third parties.
11. Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
11.1 Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content published by a user infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@bashbots.io with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate the material
- Your contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
11.2 Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
12.1 Data Storage
We store User Content, gameplay records, and usage data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Some gameplay data is deleted on a schedule while your account is active: bash replay recordings 12 months after the bash, and the logs your bots produce in a bash 30 days after the bash. Results, rankings, ratings, statistics, and achievements are not deleted on this schedule.
Only the 10 most recent versions of a bot can be deployed again, and only the 10 most recent versions of a package can be made its current version again. Older versions remain in your version history, and any version of a package can still be installed on a bot.
12.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Immediate Inaccessibility: Your account is closed, your active sessions are revoked, and you lose access to your account and everything in it
- Removal of Personal Information: Within 90 days, we remove the personal information held on your account, including your email address, your name, your credentials, and your stored interface settings
- Forfeiture: All AI Balance, Game Credits, Points, upgrades, and other virtual items are forfeited without compensation
- Pro Membership: Any paid Pro membership is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the unused portion of the billing period, so you are not billed again
- Username: Your username is retained permanently and is not reissued to anyone else, so that competitive records remain attributable and consistent
- Other Records and Content: Apart from the personal information described above, we may retain anything else associated with your account, including your bots and their code, your competitive records, and content you created, published, or submitted. Anything that was visible to others, such as your bots, which remain listed and ranked, may remain visible. Closing your account does not withdraw any of it
- New Accounts: If you create a new account with the same email address, it will be a completely new account with no access to your old data
- Legal Retention: Some limited information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as payment records for tax compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes
12.3 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your User Content by opening a support case from within the Service, or by emailing support@bashbots.io. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days of your request.
13. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processing, authentication, cloud storage, and AI model providers ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Service, and you use them at your own risk.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
15.1 "AS IS" Service
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, any game mode, or any feature at any time without notice. Bashes, tournaments, simulations, and training runs may fail, be delayed, or produce incorrect results due to technical faults, and credits consumed by a failed run may not be recoverable.
15.3 Game Balance and Progress
We may change game rules, engine behavior, entity statistics, rewards, and pricing at any time. Such changes may affect the performance of your bots, the value of your upgrades, and your standing on leaderboards. We do not guarantee the preservation of any ranking, record, balance, or progress.
15.4 Not a Security Product
Code you execute on the Service, including packages published by other users, is not reviewed or vetted by us. You are responsible for evaluating any third-party package before installing it.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
16.1 Exclusion of Damages
Hello Yuna LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, virtual currency, virtual items, competitive standing, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
16.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
16.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Yuna LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content, including code you publish or execute
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- AI calls made by your bots and your use of the resulting output
18. Termination
18.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your account settings.
18.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in prohibited activity or unfair play
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued operation would pose a security risk
18.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- All AI Balance, Game Credits, Points, upgrades, and other virtual items are forfeited without refund or compensation, and any paid Pro membership is cancelled without refund
- We may delete your User Content in accordance with our data retention policies
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date
- Displaying a prominent in-app notification within the Service
Note: We do not announce changes to these Terms by email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
20.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
20.2 Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas, United States, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
20.3 Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA rules.
The arbitration will take place in Travis County, Texas, United States, or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court could award, including attorney fees and costs when authorized by law.
20.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND Hello Yuna LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
20.5 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us, by opening a support case from within the Service or by emailing support@bashbots.io, to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
20.6 Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
21. Miscellaneous
21.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hello Yuna LLC regarding the Service.
21.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
21.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
21.5 No Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Hello Yuna LLC.
21.6 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, third-party service outages, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
22. Acceptance and Version Control
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Signing up or signing in, including with Google, through a form that links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy counts as your acceptance of them.
We record the date and time at which you accepted these Terms when you created your account. Together with the "Last Updated" date above, that record identifies which version of these Terms was in effect when you accepted them, and helps us resolve any dispute about which terms apply to your use of the Service.
23. Contact Information
If you have an account, the fastest way to reach us is to open a support case from within the Service. You can also contact us directly:
